“My husband and I had made arrangements with another moving company, that turned out to be a scam.
Not only did they not show up, they had required an advance deposit. So, we were out the money and no one to help us move.
We had previously asked Scott to give us an estimate, and in desperation we called him. I admit… there were tears involved.
Scott was able to get a crew of people out to our house on short notice. They arrived promptly at 8 am as promised, and they did the whole move with such cheer and grace! It went a long way toward restoring our faith in humanity. The entire process was so great. I was given a real person with contact info in case I had any questions. Sarah reached out to me a couple of times before they arrived, and I felt very cared for.
